Oluwakayode is a results-driven finance professional with over ten years of progressive experience across financial planning and analysis, fundraising, strategy, and corporate finance. He leads the organisation's Finance function with a focus on strengthening internal controls, delivering accurate management and statutory reporting, and driving sound liquidity and cash flow management.
He has a strong track record of supporting capital raising activities — spanning equity, debt, and grants — through financial modelling, investor materials preparation, and active involvement in due diligence and negotiations.
