Ademola Onanuga – Chairman

Pastor Ademola Onanuga is currently a founding member and Executive Director of Basscomm Group (OneSource Nig. Ltd, Basscomm Nig. Ltd etc.)

Prior to joining the board of Auxano Solar, Pastor Ademola has worked with notable organisations such as the Central Bank of Nigeria, and Pfizer Products Plc., and has distinguished himself as an achiever.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ife, Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales College, Cardiff

Uche Umezulorah  – MD/Co-Founder

Uche has had numerous years of experience as an Executive Director, and with a vast knowledge of solar PV Industry in Nigeria and Africa.

Before Co-founding Auxano Solar, Uche served as a founding member and Executive Director of Chume Integrated Services Company Limited.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management (in view) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka

Chukwudi Umezulora – CEO/Co-Founder

Chuks Umezulora has over 15 years of experience in Solar PV Design & Installation across Nigeria and  Africa.

Before Co-founding Auxano Solar, Chuks served as a founding member and Director of Chume Integrated Services Company Limited. Before joining CISCL, he was a member of  the technical team of Sky Resources Nigeria Ltd, one of the biggest  pioneers of solar PV technology in Nigeria.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Imo State University Owerri, Nigeria

Bowale Adeoye – Non-Executive Director

Bowale is a senior development finance and impact-oriented investment executive with 18+ years of global experience spanning multiple sectors across 3 continents (Africa, North America, and South America).  She has an extensive understanding of investment and portfolio value creation, risk management, and ESG / climate finance.

At the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), an investment grade multilateral finance institution with a US$10 billion balance sheet, Bowale has led the development, financing, and portfolio operations of 20+ investments and projects (in power and renewable energy, petroleum logistics, and transport).  Bowale has also worked in technology consulting, business strategy, and commercial credit for industry leaders such as Accenture, Chevron, and GE Capital.

Bowale is a Certified Project Management Professional and has also obtained a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors UK.

Afolabi Akinrogunde  – Director

Afolabi – Investment Manager, All On Partnerships For Energy Access‘

He is responsible for leading All-On’s origination, deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence and investee portfolio management functions. He has over 2 decades of communications, commercial operations, deal delivery, business development and business analysis experience in the marketing communications, telecoms and oil/gas industries.  Before joining Shell, he worked in the stakeholder relations, marketing and corporate communications across various industries, with his last pre-Shell role being with major telecoms operator Globacom.
